For Those Who Are Purchasing Locking Picking Tools...

Purchaser certifies that they are AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE and understands that it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and not Bargainlocks.com, its principals, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, to ascertain and obey all applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws regarding both the possession and use of locksmithing devices (as understood in USC, Title 39, Section 3002A). The Purchaser also hereby acknowledges that he/she will not use the Lock Picking Tools purchased from Bargainlocks.com for any purpose related to criminal activity. The purchaser represents to Bargainlocks.com that said items will only be used for legitimate purposes under law. Purchaser further represents that Purchaser has made an inquiry into the laws of the State where Purchaser intends to possess and/or use the Lock Picking Tools and that under the laws of the said State, the Purchaser is legally permitted to possess and use said Lock Picking Tools in the intended manner stated above. Purchaser is not purchasing the Lock Picking Tools for use by a third party or for resale.

Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold Bargainlocks.com, its principals, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, harmless from any and all costs and liability, of whatever kind or nature, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from any federal, state, or local government, or any third party from the Purchaser's possession of, or intended or actual use of the Lock Picking Tools.

Purchaser acknowledges that he/she/it has been advised that Possessing Criminal Tools (Ohio Revised Code 2923.24) with the purpose of using said tools criminally without legitimate purpose, is a felony of the forth degree under Ohio law. The Purchaser also certifies that Bargainlocks.com, its principals, officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, successors and assigns, will be acting in a lawful manner as described in United States Code Title 39, Section 3002A when mailing a “locksmithing device” to the Purchaser. In doing so, the Purchaser verifies that he/she/it is one of the following: (1) a lock manufacturer or distributor; (2) a bona fide locksmith; (3) a bona fide repossessor; or (4) a motor vehicle manufacturer or dealer. BargainLocks.com WILL NOT mail locksmithing devices to persons who cannot verify that they fall into one of the aforementioned categories.
