BargainLocks seeks to provide our customers with the highest quality products available and is committed to your satisfaction. We provide a 10 day guarantee for a refund, exchange, or credit for the cost of the item(s) ordered.

-Product may be returned within ten (10) days of invoice in new condition with the approval of BargainLocks.

-The product must not have been installed or used and is returned in the original packaging supplied by the manufacturer. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition. Any product not returned in original packaging and in new condition will not be credited.

-All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error.

-Shipping and Handling charges are not returnable.

-Any items returned without approval from BargainLocks will not be accepted and returned at the customer’s expense.

-Refund will be issued based on the invoice amount at the time of sale. The refund will be issued through the same terms the order was placed with, that is to say if you ordered with a credit card we will issue a credit to that same card. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returned items.

-Customer has three (3) business days from the date of the package delivery to report discrepancies, defects, or missing products. We will only be responsible for order discrepancies reported within three (3) business days from the date of delivery.

-It can take up to 15 days for BargainLocks to refund your account. Depending upon when this refund takes place in the billing cycle of your credit card, it may not appear until the month after your current billing cycle. Accordingly, please allow for up to two billing cycles or 60 days for your refund to show on your credit card statement.
